This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced individual to join the Business Enablement team in LUMEA. LUMEA is a Transgrid Group brand focused on renewable energy solutions in the competitive energy market.
The Operational Excellence Manager will play an integral part in our newly established Business Enablement team to review processes and simplify them, driving efficiencies and continuous improvement across the value chain to maximise Lumea’s future position.
You will support the identification and implementation of process and system improvements enabling our team to operate at their full potential. You will be someone who is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment with an ability to be flexible and take on challenges with finesse and ease.
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience as a Process Improvement Specialist, Change Manager with a focus on Business Intelligence, Business Improvement or Systems Administration role
- Project Management skills with proven success in leading process & system improvement efforts
- Salesforce implementation experience with ability to co-ordinate enhancements
- Customer experience improvement and connections process knowledge is a plus
- Using excellent oral and written communication skills, experience managing & presenting reporting information in various formats suitable for the consumption of senior management and Executive / Board level stakeholders, prioritising business critical requests appropriately
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and pragmatically with a structured (yet flexible) approach to solve problems and find outcomes that truly provide value
- Ability to develop customer centric solutions, bringing innovation, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills to redesign processes for improved operational outcomes
- Business Degree or commensurate experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Change Management related qualifications would be an advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation
- High attention to detail, strong decision-making skills, and ability to quickly understand the end-to-end business processes
- Advanced business acumen and well-developed consultancy skills
