Working closely with the General Manager of Revenue on the company's retail pricing and forecasting, you will lead a team of dynamic pricing professionals to ensure customer coverage and secured margins whilst satisfying statutory obligations are critical to the financial success of the business.

**To lead this team, you will possess**
**proven energy pricing experience and demonstrated experience in the development and achievement of consumer pricing strategies including***:

- **Portfolio Balance** to ensure that the mix between small, medium and large C&I customers is adequate to deliver portfolio profitability targets.
- **Margin Delivery** to ensure margins established through the budget are met on a portfolio basis.
- **Managing Environmental Targets** to ensure managing the volumetric risk associated with all environmental schemes resulting from customer acquisitions;
- **Pricing** - Pricing with approved margins are supplied within SLA timeframes; and
- **Renewals** - Ensure regulatory requirements of customer renewals are met and movements are achieved within the required timeframes.

As a strong people manager, you will have the ability to think strategically and manage detail while influencing senior stakeholders within functional organisations (Sales, Operations, Strategy).
