As part of this growing Wholesale Markets team, you will work closely with the General Manager to improve and develop a pricing strategy while providing support and knowledge transfer to other departments such as retail energy, trading, finance, marketing, and data analytics.

**The key responsibilities of this role will be to**:

- Assess competitor positions and initiate a balanced pricing response;
- Develop pricing plans and pricing models;
- Quoting wholesale pricing elements to ensure retail rates are implemented accurately and billable;
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance are met;
- Manage and endorse end-to-end pricing initiatives impacting Victoria;
- Analyse and interpret market data to support business recommendations for pricing changes;
- Provide leadership and mentoring to staff;
- Ensure prices and tariffs offered in all markets are competitive and aligned with corporate objectives; and
- Present and manage stakeholder communication briefs and present reprice recommendations to the General Manager and Executive team.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Business / Marketing / Economics or related discipline and relevant experience;
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and numerical reasoning capabilities, with the ability to deliver clear commercial analysis and advice to key stakeholders;
- High levels of attention to detail;
- Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to solve issues considering multiple dimensions; and
- Ability to question existing processes and demonstrated experience of driving change.
