**Our client, a leading energy retailer in Australia, is seeking a Commercial and Industrial Electricity Pricing Manager to lead their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for commercial and industrial electricity customers.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies for commercial and industrial electricity customers.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities.
- Develop pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
- Monitor pricing performance and make recommendations for pricing adjustments as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on pricing strategies and market trends.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to pricing and electricity markets.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with electricity market structures, pricing models, and regulatory environment in Australia.
