The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Pricing Manager to lead the Group's pricing framework and governance across both our retail brands and wholesale network.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll manage a talented team of four Pricing Analysts and Administrators, driving pricing innovation, market competitiveness, and sustainable profitability.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact — building frameworks, shaping strategic decisions, and partnering closely with senior executives across Finance, Merchandise, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sigma's Group pricing vision aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
  • Build and execute pricing frameworks that deliver sustainable growth.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed pricing as a key commercial lever.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and drive continuous pricing optimisation.
  • Lead capability uplift and process automation within the Pricing function.
  • Influence decision-making through actionable financial and commercial insights.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced Excel and BI tool capability (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
