Physiotherapy practice seeking a medical receptionist.

Previous experience in a health care institution and familiarity of medical management software(example Nookal) is an added advantage.

Availability to work at second location in Sunnybank is an added advantage.

The Role:

The main duties will include:

  • Meet and greet patients
  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner
  • Data entry to medical management software
  • Assist referring providers with patient records, reports etc
  • Make patient bookings
  • Processing of payments including Medicare/DVA, insurance and EFTPOS
  • Any other office duties as per operational requirement.

Remuneration is negotiable and will depend on previous experience. Minimum 12 months experience as a medical receptionist is expected.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.18 – $33.45 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 06/06/2025
