STAIRLOCK is a family-owned business that has been in the staircase industry for over 30 years. We have state of the art machinery in our purpose-built manufacturing plant in South Australia, with sales and installation teams operating in Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.

We are looking for a Administration Officer to support operations and installation teams in our small Sydney office. Reporting to and working closely with the NSW Service Manager your primary responsibility will be to support the scheduling of staircases for installation including contact with our customers, bookings, and providing customer service and sales support.

**About your new role**:

- Supporting scheduling for our team of regular contractors for staircase installers across Sydney in partnership with the NSW Service Manager
- Building and strengthening existing customer relationships through high quality customer service and regular contact with builders
- Using high level computer skills for data entry and tracking jobs
- Providing project support for large installs to ensure stairs are installed on time in full

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Demonstrated expertise in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and electronic)
- Confidence to build rapport with builders and the installation team
- Experience in the building or building products industry, resource planning or project management desirable (but not essential)
