We currently have multiple positions available for Workshop/Warehouse Logistics Administrators to join our friendly, growing team situated in our newly renovated premises at Carole Park situated in the City of Ipswich QLD.

**About the role**

The Workshop/Warehouse Administrator will work as part of the service operations team dedicated to supporting the Internal Service Centre. As part of the team, this individual will maximise workshop's efficiencies and will act as point of contact for internal service centre. If you have a great attitude ,are looking to work Monday to Friday and have a change from retail or hospitality this could be your opportunity Full training is provided - this is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in admin

**Reporting to the Milwaukee QLD Service Manager your duties will include**:
Key Responsibilities;
- Accept tools for drop off via direct customers or freight (ingoing and outgoing freight requirements)
- Book incoming tools into Sap warranty portal and completing necessary documentation
- Allocating tools in accordance with operational workflow
- Allocating ordered spare parts with relevant service claims
- All necessary warehouse duties (Unpack, pack, forklift operation and etc..)
- Communicate with After-Sales support team to obtain claim relevant information

**Skills and Experience required for this role**:

- Good computer skills and experience using an ERP system
- Excellent ability to respond to deadline pressures and demonstrate time management skills
- Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality;
- Ability to demonstrate initiative;
- Solid time management and attention to detail.
