We are currently seeking a motivated
- **Customer Services Officer **to join our Customer Service team in
- **QLD**
**.**

This is a dynamic and fast paced role that will have you liaising with Internal and External customers and working closely with our Sales Representatives.
- Product training will be provided.

**Exciting Challenges**
- Answer incoming / making outbound telephone calls
- Order entry and processing
- Process invoices and credits
- Customer support and enquiries
- Liaise with freight providers for delivery coordination
- Provide assistance to the Sales and Logistics teams

**We Need Your Skills**
- Experience within an Internal Sales/Call Centre environment or Retail environment
- Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills / administrative skills
