Your new role as Customer Service officer will be busy and varied, including responsibilities such as:

- Answering incoming calls about orders, enquiries, ETA requests, processing payments, pricing, etc.
- Truck invoicing/processing
- Scanning of daily batches into electronic system
- Sales support

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
