PERSOLKELLY has an opportunity for 2 Customer Service Officers to join our client site at Milton. Our client has been servicing the infrastructure, construction, and mining industries for more than 110 years and employs over 3,000 staff across 300 sites. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, paying $36 per hour.

**About the role**:

- Supportive management setting realistic targets and goals
- Inclusive Culture focused on the recognition of effort and reward for achievement
- An inclusive and friendly team environment
- Dealing with a wide range of people from labourers to project managers
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Data entry
- Processing orders and following up on orders
- Assisting customers with order bookings, changes and cancellations
- Scheduling orders with the allocation software, Command
- Providing customers with product information
- Liaising with the Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure customer requirements are met

**About the applicant**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Process driven with a high attention to detail
- Experience in call centre, customer service or admin roles
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A punctual, positive, and efficient individual
- Confident using MS office suite
- Able to work independently
