We are proud that our business has recently been certified as "A Great Place to Work" and remain committed to honouring this recognition throughout all aspects of the business. **Description**: **About the role**: This role is responsible for supporting our State Sales Management Team, National Sales Leadership team and our VIC/TAS & WA/SA/NT sales teams through managing and coordinating administrative duties as required. You will also be responsible for managing our Melbourne Richmond office. **Your main focus**: Support the State Sales Management Team and National Sales Leadership Team through managing and co-ordinating administrative duties as required, which includes clear communication of follow up actions in a timely manner. Provide administration support as required by the VIC/TAS and WA/SA Sales team. - Provide daily assistance to VIC/TAS and WA/SA State Sales Manager, along with the National Sales Leadership Team (NSLT) as required. - Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the State Sales Management team. - Comply with corporate requirements and present a positive and professional image to customers and the external environment at all times. - Manage the day-to-day operation of the Melbourne Richmond Office as required ensuring the office is smoothly across all functions, including liaising with the Landlord, security company etc, assisting with Induction of all new employees, OH&S requirements are met, and all maintenance works are carried out. **Skills and Experiences**: **What you’ll possess**: Sound level of communication and organisational skills - Commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes - Team oriented but also able to work independently - Must possess excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation - Developed analytical and problems solving skills - Customer focussed - Research based - Project management skills - Sense of humour - Current drivers licence What’s on Offer? - Work within one of Australia's leading wine companies - A strong focus on upskilling, training and career development - Fantastic company culture - Be part of a passionate and dedicated team - We are a Certified Great Place to Work - Competitive remuneration - Generous employee benefits including discounted wine products
