Overview:
**The Content Operations team is directly responsible for the end to end supply chain of digital and physical gift cards into our distribution partners.**

**As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will contribute to the daily operation of the supply chain operations via the ownership of order processing, inventory communications and cross functional communications.**

**This role is based from our Melbourne office (Richmond) and operates on a hybrid work model, that will see you in the office two days per week and the remainder based on your preference (work from home or in office).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing manual order processing and retail auto replenishment
- Managing inventory increments and decrements as required
- Liaising and planning with fulfillment partners
- Cross functional communication and planning
- Providing inventory transparency to external partners
- Managing store databases within Hawkeye
- Providing key reporting as required (weekly/periodically)
- Owning the development of key merchandising documents
- Managing fixture maintenance in BOSS database

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to understand and manage technical details of various programs and explain key elements to key stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and multi tasking abilities
- Excellent ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects on tight deadlines
- Ability to think strategically, formulate action plans, and sell them through to management
- Ability to work hands on as part of a small team
