**The Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to assist our team in Bella Vista. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative functions including a high volume of accounts payable data entry and accurate record keeping of data.
Other responsibilities of the role will include:
- Invoice data entry
- Procurement related tasks
- Updating and maintaining databases and incident management system
- Assisting stakeholders with requests
- Providing general administration assistance to the team
- Project management assistance where required
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in accounts payable and invoice data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Full unrestricted drivers licence
- National police check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in the not for profit sector (desirable)
- Experience using Microsoft Access (desirable)
