With a focus on Customer Service and quality, this well-established, Award winning Strata & Facilities Manager provides a wide range of services to their expanding portfolio. As a service provider for Financial management, repairs & maintenance and Administration support, they require a professional All-Rounder to support the office undertaking a variety of Admin duties.

Every day will be different assisting with day to day duties supporting the Strata Managers and portfolio management including;
- Issuing work orders and certificates
- Supporting accounting
- PA duties for the Director
- Preparing agendas
- Typing of minutes, agendas and standard template letters
- Printing & issue normal & special levies
- Assisting with arranging insurance claims, insurance quotes, sinking fund forecasts, asbestos reports, WH&S and audits
- Administration for general and committee meetings
- Data entry and reporting
- Mailing, banking, archiving etc

You will need;
- Car and licence (essential)
- Strong administration and computer skills
- A 'Can do' attitude
- An interest in building a career in the Strata sector (training provided)
