**Wilson Security** is seeking an experienced
**Administration Assistant** to join their vibrant team.
- Location - Bella Vista - Sydney NSW
- Permanent full time position
- $65k plus super pa
- Excellent team culture

**About the Role**
The primary functions of the role include, but not limited to:
- Purchase
- Uniforms (includes sort, label received uniforms, chase back orders and coordinate suppliers)
- Office stationary, equipment and PPE
- Client sites
- Office Maintenance
- Deliveries
- Coordinating trades/suppliers
- General upkeep
- Noticeboard policies and procedures
- Equipment and desk allocations
- Personal Assistant to Regional General Manager
- Calendar organisation
- Administration task - digital signatures, document management, deadline chasing
- Personal tasks
- Events
- Team gatherings
- Corporate/Client event support
- Reconciliation action plan events
- Team Support
- Systems information i.e. Fraedom/MyIT
- Project Support
- General Assistance (local and national)
- LMS - coordinating office staff module completion
- Insight coordinator - chasing Ops and assigning unallocated incidents
- Ad-hoc duties as required
**What we are looking for**
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in the use of Microsoft
- Ability to manage priorities through excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- High level administrative skills
