**What's involved**

An Operations Specialist supports our client that operates bike share services in Sydney. You will do this by driving a van around the CBD and inner suburbs undertaking a variety of deployment and management tasks of their bike fleet.

We work with multiple partners to provide entry-level employment. For this role, you will be reporting to our client who will manage your day-to-day tasks.

**About the role**

Operations Specialists support the delivery of a bike share fleet for our client in Sydney, NSW.

Field Team Operations include distributing electric bikes to key locations, swapping and charging batteries, and ensuring the fleet is parked in a compliant manner around the city. Once every few weeks, your roster will also require you to drive a van to the company depot in NSW, where you will undertake training updates and aid the Sydney crew with their tasks. The role includes contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture with other Field Team Operations Specialists, and Warehouse Mechanics.

- ** Remuneration**: As per Vehicle Repair Services and Retail Award 2020 [MA000089], VRS&R - Level 2, Casual (Inc. casual loading)
- ** Ordinary hourly rate** - $27.46 per hour, plus penalty rates for night and weekend work.

**Available shifts**:
We endeavor to provide staff with a minimum of four shifts per week, but this can change depending on operational needs, some more shifts will be available, sometimes fewer.
- ** Morning shifts: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.**:

- ** Evening Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm**:

- ** Night time shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am**

Availability across a range of shift times will be highly regarded.

**A valid full driving license is essential (no longer on [P] plates), **and for insurance purposes, you must be 21 years or older. Experience and confidence in driving a van in traffic are essential. You will need to be familiar with using smartphones and apps. Full training will be provided.

This is a physical role, you must be capable and comfortable lifting to 25kg and continuously getting in and out of a van.
