We are looking for a customer centric and proactive full time **Retail Operations Specialist** to join the Seafolly & Jets team in our Support Centre located in Alexandria.

**About the role**:
- The Retail Operations Specialist operates with a a customer-first mentality and strong commercial acumen, the retail analyst is responsible for ensuring our retail network is equipped to provide best-in-class customer experience & sales results.
- Reporting into the Head of Retail Operations they are accountable for addressing areas for operational improvements, as well as acting as a communications & workflow conduit between our stores and the support centre.
- This role will also coordinate new store projects & refurbishments in partnership with our external store design and shopfitting partners, to deliver projects on time & on budget.
**Retail Operations**
- Deliver retail operations, programs, and functions to meet retail strategy
- Partner with support centre departments to consult on retail best practice & in-store experience considerations
- Maintain the retail operations calendar, acting as a hub for all tasks required of the stores and measure performance & compliance
- Implement initiatives that support efficiency & free up time for sales performance
- Monitor store consumable usage to ensure adequate supply and where possible seek the most sustainable options
**Communications**
- Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly communications between support centre and stores to ensure the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time
- Organize the Seafolly operations & learning platform, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate and delivered to the appropriate audiences
- Act as key point of contact for retail vendor relationships, completing annual audits on their performance, including but not limited to media providers, electrical & store lighting providers, etc.
**Store Development**
- Responsible for alerting all stakeholders of new projects and updating all throughout the process until successful completion
- Manage internal critical paths in line with lead times and key dates identified in the building programme provided by external Store Design & Shopfitting partners
- Liaise with retail operations team to ensure new store checklists are being followed
- Coordinate artwork and details relating to hoarding and window signage
- Coordinate all related utility account set-ups and ensure any contracts are processed accordingly
- Work closely with Store Designer on the building schedule to ensure on time delivery of Seafolly supplied items, such as furniture, artwork and VM related elements
- Utilise retail maintenance platform to methodically manage maintenance in conjunction with Retail operations and Visual Merchandising teams
**You have**:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Experience in a similar role within the retail sector
- Experience with project or store development
- A flexible, organised and solutions-oriented approach with an ability to perform in a fast paced environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel
