**The Role**
The College is seeking a highly motivated APS 6 Learning Design & Development Lead. You will be accountable for organising course design and development activities and workflows.

Your duties may include:

- Coordinate and support course Design, Development, and Learning Standards activities with APS and ADF staff, and contractors;
- Coordinate with stakeholders on Learning Design & Development activities and reporting;
- Lead a small team of APS and ADF staff in Design and Development activities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors on course Design and Development requirements, Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) and schedules;
- Develop, review and maintain documentation, policies and procedures;
- Produce briefing content and data in support of reporting requirements;
- Coordinate and respond to course Design and Development inquiries;
- Coordinate DSCC Learning and Development tours and briefs;
- Future scheduling;
- External stakeholder engagement.

The College is looking for a team member who has experience working within training establishments or like roles, as well as have a breadth of administrative experience. You will need to have a level of comfort with ambiguity as the College capability matures.
