**About the role**

Unique casual opportunities are available in our Harman Park Social Centre based in Belmont. The Centre is dedicated to aiding clients who participate in centre and community-based group social activities and empowers our senior citizens to maintain their independence while fostering meaningful connections within their community. This role reports to the Social Centre Coordinator.

**About You**

You'll bring passion, energy and a genuine desire to support individuals to live independently; bringing enjoyment and enhancing their quality of life. You will thrive on improving the lives of others, putting your passion to purpose each day and bringing a smile to your clients

You will have demonstrated experience assisting clients in performing daily living activities and planning and facilitating group activities for seniors, supported by the following:

- Certificate III in Individual Support _or similar_
- The ability to work between 0800 - 1600.
- The ability to follow individualised support plans for each client
- Accurate identification, reporting and documentation of any concerns
- A Light Rigid (LR) licence and ability to drive a 21-seater coaster bus (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
- A Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months).
