**About the client**
One of those business names that is known the world over, this international logistics business have offices all over the world and are focusing more and more on wider areas of logistics than they ever have before. **About the role**
Focusing on import operations with a strong push toward Import Air, your duties will consist of notifications to clients on their cargo status, cargo automation, invoicing as well as chasing up documentation with overseas offices and suppliers. Joining a team of 4 others in operations and an office of 10 (in forwarding) and 100+ in logistics, your options are endless once you grasp the lay o the land and their SOP's to each department.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Notifications on all alerts to clients cargo movements
- Cargo automation
- Date entry
- Invoicing
- Chasing up documentation with overseas offices & suppliers
- Liaising with internal departments daily
**Skills & Experience**
- Freight forwarding background
- Import air understanding
- Import Sea understanding, advantagous
- Cargowise/CW1 system, advantagous
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- International logistics understanding
