**YOUR NEW COMPANY**
A leading Australian freight forwarder and customs broker with a team that supports the complete movement of trade through air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and value-added services, individually assesses each project, provides dynamic solutions aligned to the company, and has established a global network of trusted freight partners to streamline end-to-end solutions.

**YOUR NEW ROLE**
Reporting to Branch Manager. Coordinate end-to-end import sea (LCL/FCL) and air freight functions and assist with department tasks when required.
- Maintain timely and thorough communication with clients and other stakeholders as per company KPIs by actioning day-to-day tasks such as but not limited to:

- Accurate job registration
- Monitoring of cargo booking, transshipment, availability, and status
- Sea Cargo Automation lodgement in accordance with Australian Customs Service requirements
- Provide relevant documentation
- Raise invoices to clients
- Collection and handover of delivery orders
- Organize local transport
- Job completion
- Liaise with other company departments to ensure all import duties are completed efficiently and effectively through the integrated support of each operational function
- Provide quotations when required
- Continue ongoing professional development and knowledge related to regulations and systems directly or indirectly governing the freight forwarding industry and share with colleagues when appropriate
