You will be responsible for facilitating the movement of import seafreight FCL/LCL shipments from receipt of order through to invoicing, working closely with overseas partners and customers, ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through efficient responses to enquiries, issues, and concerns.
To be successful, you will be a client focused team player with highly developed communication skills. The ability to manage own workload, prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role and competency with Cargowise software essential.
