**The Freight Forwarder**
Our client is a well-established Australian International Freight Forwarder, Staff turnover is low retaining long term team members. Be part of the expansion today.

**The Role**
Due to expansion of the business an Import Sea Freight Operator has become available now in Brisbane Airport Precinct.

Your duties will be:

- Receive documents from clients and/or overseas agents
- Arrange for documents to be registered into EDI by OBP.
- Send arrival notices
- Lodge Sea Cargo manifests
- Arrange customs clearance by in house or outside brokers
- Disbursement / Invoicing.
- Chase up Delivery orders
- Arrange transport by in house transport dept. or outside courier companies
- Follow up on deliveries and provide POD’s where required
- Liaise with clients and overseas agents to ensure they are kept up to date at all times during shipment process
