Marketing and Administration Assistant

**Duties**:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Follow up potential customers spoken to in the past
- Pitches clients and customers to decide and demonstrate the benefits using our company’s products.
- Basic sound knowledge in sales, customer service, answering calls, and general administrative and sales/showroom duties as needed.
- Responsibility for making sales and reporting to sales team and taking care of our online presence.
- Manages and keep stats of no. of sales inquiries entering each day.
- Keep track of office supplies and re-order as required.
- Perform office administration tasks such as filing and record keeping.
- Liaise with various suppliers and vendors.
- As a sales representative, an understanding and passion for sales is required, i.e. **B2C**:
- Preferably some real-world experience in general business, sales or marketing.
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not at all essential.
- Speaking Chinese or Vietnamese is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, **Word** and **Outlook**.
- Strong communication, marketing and relationship building skills.
- Good administrator with all round office skills & can work well as a part of a team and generate healthy competition.
- Demonstrated basic phone manner & IT skills.
- Self-motivated person with a **“can do” attitude**, who can accept direction.
- Developed organisational skills, ability to work independently and effectively manage their own time.
- Have experience in office administration.
- The applicant must have the right to work in Australia to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
