**2Addictive Apparel** is a successful lifestyle and fitness clothing brand with over 10 years in the industry.
**2Addictivelifestyles Training Centre**, located in Cheltenham, is a unique indoor training facility featuring an indoor soccer pitch that hosts programs, leagues, coaching sessions, and more. We also provide personal training, club team training, and fitness programs for academies and groups.

Together, these two arms of the business create exciting and diverse opportunities for integrated marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Meta Ads & Online Campaigns**
- Review and optimize existing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad setups
- Create, run, and test campaigns for events, services, and products
- Develop ad content and provide performance feedback
- Analyze and improve campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Use strong copywriting and visual skills to drive opens, clicks, and engagement

**3. Creative Design & Support**
- Design flyers, banners, posters, and other visuals for digital and print use
- Assist in brand consistency and visual storytelling across all touchpoints
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and in-centre promotions

**4. Content Creation (Photo & Video)**
- Edit and package content into engaging formats tailored to different audiences
- Confident with photography, videography, and basic editing software/tools

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Strong creative eye for visuals, layout, and branding
- Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for community, fitness, and sport is a bonus
