Corporate and Foreign Investment Group is seeking an APS5 Property and Logistics Analyst.

The APS5 Property and Logistics Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements and undertakes a range of activities which may include:

- Manage sub-contractors and the outsourced services provider contract, including performance management against KPIs and service level standards, and manage facilities requests logged with the property services providers helpdesk.
- Commitment to client services and highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships, particularly with outsourced provider.
- Provide technical knowledge in specialist areas of property and facilities management functions and an ability to provide technical advice to the Operations Manager.
- Provide input to strategic direction for operational delivery of facilities services and ability to develop and maintain asset/facilities management plans and programs.
- Courier deliveries as and when required
- Other duties as directed.

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:

- Valid Australian drivers’ licence
- Previous experience in a property related area desirable.

**Eligibility**

Employees of the Treasury are required to be Australian citizens and must hold a current security clearance or successfully complete a clearance prior to commencement.
