Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS5 Property Officer on a contract for 12 months.

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with co-located partner agencies and leasing stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
- Planning and coordinating the logistics of co-location and leasing arrangements, including physical space, equipment, and technology requirements.
- Assisting in facilitating meetings and workshops with co-location and leasing partners to share information, coordinate activities, and resolve issues.
- Developing and implementing processes to support effective communication and information sharing between co-location partners.
- Monitoring and reporting on co-location and leasing activities, including progress milestones, risks, issues and leasing decisions.
- Contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to co-location and leasing arrangements.
- Supporting the administration of the Agencies leasing strategy.
- Providing advice and guidance to team members, co-location partners, and stakeholders on co-location-related matters.
