Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced
**Geospatial Analyst** to develop mapping products and perform administrative and research duties.

**About the role**:

- Supporting teams to deliver the department's Data and Insights work program
- Participating in succession planning, cross-skilling and knowledge sharing to develop team members
- Developing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, providing appropriate advice and support
- Undertake appropriate procedural, administrative and service-related tasks that support business activities or project management
- Analyse, integrate and evaluate a range of information and assess the likelihood of impacts and outcomes
- Conduct research and analysis to provide expert advice and interpretation within technical or professional area, including preparing relevant strategic advice where appropriate

**Ideally you will have**:

- Prior experience within Geospatial roles with highly transferrable skills
- Ability to anticipate and be responsive of the team environment
- Great stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks of equal priority
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills, and attention to detail

**Desirable, but not essential**:

- 5 years' experience with Geospatial is desired
