This will change the face of medicine as we know it.** - Work with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders daily with the aim of developing an excellent working relationship. - Ensure appropriate, comprehensive, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Liaise with all relevant departments within the Global and Domestic Marken network to ensure that all customer requirements are met. - Book and process shipment requests within Maestro, generate and verify shipping documentation where applicable. - Advise customers daily of any services-related issues incl. provision of solution (e.g. Customs detentions, ETA of flights/trucks). - Track and Trace STO Client shipments to ensure that these shipments are delivered within the agreed turnaround time and stability. - Update customers with post shipment information and data such as temperature readings, Proof of Delivery details and MARKEN Service information, etc - Provide potential customer information to the Line Manager. - Plan and coordinate all shipments within the Nordic Territorial Responsibility with subsequent monitoring daily to ensure that shipments are collected and delivered within the agreed time frame, stable, and handled as per instruction. - Perform all pre and post-shipment activities such as the preparation of packaging, booking of Airfreight and/or overnight linehaul, upload of temperature data and other data into Maestro, filing and archiving records, etc. - Provide clear and accurate information regarding the handling of shipments, especially when delayed. - Communicate with other MARKEN offices and overseas agents to confirm receipt of the pre-alert information during export and attain the pre-alert information required to process imports. - Gather the information required to retrieve and deliver all import shipments within the requested transit times and vice versa for export shipments. - Communicate with airlines and handling facilities to receive the best service possible, as well as problem-solving as required. - Analysis of repetitive operational problems and the development of possible service solutions in cooperation with the respective Department Supervisor and/or Line Manager. - Initiate incident handling process and subsequent routing to QC with required Information. - Responsible to assist with administrative tasks set forth by Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Quality Coordinator. **Requirements**: - 2 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, 3rd Part Logistics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. - Sound knowledge of temperature control or cold chain is preferred - Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred - Ability to meet time and quality standards even under shifting priorities. - Ability to use own initiative in order to research and grow professionally and in so doing gain additional experience. **Benefits**: - Employee mentoring program - Health insurance - Professional development assistance Supplementary Pay: - Bonus **Experience**: - Logistics / Cold Chain: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
