- He or She shall manage the day-to-day coordination of all material orders, material reception, stock management, warehousing
- Ensure that all shipments are scanned Transportation arrived into and departed from the Marken
- Ensure that all dry ice consignments are replenished every 24 hours
- Ensure the warehouse is maintained and organized
- Pro-active communication with internal MARKEN departments of any material delay, stock distribution, and/or stock deviation to include Project Management, Logistics department, Kit production, and Branch level management
- Support other departments as needed
- Close cooperation/collaboration with clients on warehouse/sourcing management
- Perform stock counting and inventory control checks
- Receive and control goods
- Identify potential process improvements, savings, and cost avoidances
- Compliance, development, review, and revision of SOPs (if necessary)
- Compliance with and work according to MARKEN policies as well as applicable MARKEN quality standards
- Compliance with all health policies and safety-conscious work, treatment of all substances with relevant caution for the protection of oneself and others
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager

**Requirements**:

- At least a year of relevant experience in a warehousing environment
- Forklift license or permit is required
- Good customer orientation
- Sound knowledge of IATA regulations, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods (if applicable)
- Good problem-solving skills are required in identifying and alerting others to operational problems
- Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal are required to convey and clarify routine information
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
