This will change the face of medicine as we know it.** - Management of a team of operations associates within Operational departments including Imports/Exports, Transportation, Warehouse, and Inventory Control - Examine existing procedures and opportunities for streamlining activities to improve productivity and on-time performance - Manage and document processes, such as workflows and position responsibilities - Monitor and improve performance against set goals - Creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and increase efficiency - Scheduling and reporting (workflow and performance evaluations) - Negotiation and communication with Airlines - Routing experience for airline and route selection - Employee performance evaluations, identify training and development needs - Update and ensure compliance with all necessary regulations - Assist Director of Operations with other Ad-hoc duties **Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years of proven Operations Supervisory experience - Must have experience in Supply, Cold Chain, or Global logistics - Strong leadership skills - GDP and GMP experience - Global Freight Forwarding experience desired **Benefits**: - Employee mentoring program - Health insurance - Professional development assistance - Referral program Supplementary Pay: - Bonus - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Import/Export: 1 year (preferred) - Logistics Operations: 1 year (preferred) - Cold Chain: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - visa to work in Australia (preferred)
