**UGL **Telecommunications is seeking a process driven **Logistics and Warehouse coordinator t**o join our team in Tullamarine, VIC.
- This role will involve supporting our Warehouse manager and the wider team in ensuring inventory aligns with the forecast and current work requirements.

**About You**
- Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager by assisting in managing third-party logistics and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to align material availability with project needs.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and accuracy.
- Handle order processing to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SAP system.
- Assist in managing the fleet to ensure it meets operational needs.
- Maintain Transactions for Stock Movements by using SAP
- Coordinate offshore data entry activities (where required) to maintain up-to-date system records.
