Bespoke Foods is a passionate Australian family owned and operated food manufacturing company. Seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with the skills and experience to support continued growth and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

- Define, implement and maintain the company Quality Management System based on SQF codes and relevant supplier codes. Mandatory experience in SQF and CFMSR V3 is required.
- Company appointed SQF practitioner and HACCP coordinator.
- Manage and monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP / Food Safety program.
- Work with the production team to ensure that food safety, cleaning and quality management is maintained.
- Prepare for audits - SQF, HACCP, CFMSR V3.
- Investigate customer queries and complaints including undertaking of investigations, addressing corrective actions and reporting.
- Ensure all information and data is recorded accurately and kept up-to-date.
- Other duties as required
- Tertiary qualifications in food science, technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a food manufacturing role
- Experience in HACCP based food safety plans and hold current HACCP training
- SQF Training, experience and competence
- High level of communication skills, both written and oral including MS office skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to resolve problems and improve systems
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance within food manufacturing - labeling, allergens, NIPS etc
- Experience and training in Internal & External Auditing.
- High Energy and motivated

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
