**Join our family in this role**:
Reporting to the Group Legal Counsel and working closely with our Merchandise team, the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager** **is accountable for Baby Bunting’s product compliance and ethical sourcing.

As the head of our Product Compliance team, this critical role ensures that the nursery and baby goods products supplied by Baby Bunting are safe, of good quality and comply with all applicable mandatory and industry product standards.

This role also is responsible for ensuring Baby Bunting’s Ethical Sourcing Procedures are applied to our suppliers and supply chains.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Expertise in quality assurance and quality control processes, as well as ethical sourcing requirements.
- An excellent understanding of Australia’s product safety regulatory framework, including the Australian Consumer Law and mandatory and industry product standards (familiarity with nursery product standards preferable).
- An understanding of manufacturing and product processes, including product development processes.
- At least 10 years’ experience working in retail and/or manufacturing for retail products.
- Attention to detail and strong technical skills.
- Judgement and ability to assess risk and articulate reasons in support of decisions or approaches.
- Ability to work across different teams and with our suppliers and industry bodies.
- Ability to lead a team and determine priorities and manage execution of objectives.
