We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Inspection Coordinator to join our team.

As a Quality and Inspection Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all quality control and inspection activities, implementing quality assurance procedures, and collaborating with various departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products and materials.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with production team to identify and address quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- schedule and coordinate all outward goods for despatch.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control and inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
