About you

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales/ Customer Service professional to join our thriving and successful business based in North Melbourne. You will be an integral part of a highly successful team who provides end to end solutions to our premium customers. Teamwork is a cornerstone of this branch, and we are seeking a can-do attitude to further enhance our existing progressive team. On offer is a competitive salary with the potential of monthly Branch incentive payments.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Ability to develop strong customer relationships
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results, contributing to the team
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
- Exposure with liaising and assisting Account Managers on customer requests and enquiries
- Ability to manage customer enquiries both over the phone and counter
- Proficient computer skills, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment.
- Knowledge or experience in either Locksmith/ Electronic Security or Hardware industries would be beneficial.
