Internal Sales/Customer Service - Workwear
Manage internal sales of PPE and clothing with new & existing clients, deliver growth and build strong relationships in this full time role.
The company
Our client is a well-known and trusted brand in Workwear. Due to growth they seek an experienced Internal Sales Representative with excellent customer service skills, to join their team based in Melbourne's west.
They manufacture and distribute a full range of high quality products.
The position
Reporting to the Regional Manager your role will include providing high level of customer service to both new and existing wholesale clients.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar industry. You will need to be an excellent communicator, have the ability to prioritize working with a high volume of clients and consistently provide outstanding customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries, orders, product information.
Ability to identify sales opportunities.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Strong knowledge of Workwear/PPE, customer service background is preferred.
Previous experience in a related customer service/internal sales position.
Must be proficient using MS Office, excel and outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
