An opportunity due to growth is available for someone with experience in Internal Sales and Customer Service to join their team.
**The role**:
- Ability to create long term business relations with customers
- Provide quotations ensuring accuracy of products and current price structures
- Follow up on customer quotes and back orders
- Process sales orders
- Support members of the sales team as required
- Liaise with other internal departments to ensure client needs and deadlines are met
- Positively contribute to sales meetings
- Comply with company policy and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
**What we're looking for**:
- Someone with knowledge in this area would be great but not essential as they will train the right person
- Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly
- Ability to identify client needs and solution sell
- Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
- Great communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and problem solve
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Someone with an understanding of business 2 business sales
- Can confidently navigate around the computer
