**PMO Manager / Analyst**

**6 months**

We are looking for a PMO Manager and an Analyst for the Infrastructure & Assets Division of a large state government agency. This role will be working in a hybrid environment with 2 days in the office in Parramatta.

**About You**
- Lead the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards, and tools.
- Manage, coordinate and oversee all aspects of project data, including financial forecast, schedule / timelines, progress, project variations, assurance activities, and benefits identified, across the Department.
- Meet developing reporting requirements, in accordance with the Framework and Stakeholder expectations.
- Providing analytics and insights based on data and reports provided by the respective divisions within the Department, identifying trends, inconsistencies, and highlighting areas of key risk or issues.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, management of expectations and issues, to ensure reporting deliverables are met.
- Consulting with the point of contact for responsible business unit’s to ensure project reporting and papers are provided to the Capital Investment Portfolio Management Office on time and at the agreed frequency.
- Monitor and evaluate key aspects of project reporting data, including risk and contingency management, benefits, project impact and quality measures, to identify and escalate issues.
- Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects
- Liaise with the Enterprise PMO and other Corporate Services branches and business units
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, finance management and reporting
- Coordinate Gateway Review processes as required for major project delivery.

**Requirement**:

- Infrastructure/ Construction Background.
- Government experience highly regarded.
- PMP/ Prince2 certified.
- Six sigma black-belt - Preferable.
- Excel skills - advanced
- Communication skills - Excellent
- Experience with reporting and visualisation tools.
