- A leading Entertainment destination is seeking a PMO Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend. This role is working on a business critical transformation program, encompassing both business and technology, with a strong regulatory focus.**About the role**:
- Lead and manage the PMO team, including providing guidance and support to team members
- Develop and implement PMO processes and procedures
- Working across both technology enablement and business enablement
- Manage project budgets and resources, governing the spend on resourcing
- Report on project progress and performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with all governance requirements
- Stakeholder management with Senior team members and management
**About you**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a PMO Manager
- Experience working at a Program Level
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in highly regulated environment, experience in a remediation program environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
