Talenza have been engaged by a Top Tier Financial Services organisation to source a PMO Manager to guide a team working on a separation project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and operationalisation of core project management and PMO disciplines within value streams
- Coach and mentor key roles within value streams on the importance of lean governance and reporting approaches, and how to meet the standards of the organisation
- Provide insights based on analysis and data to assist decision makers better understand the health of projects and potential impacts of key decisions
- Establish and manage value stream prioritisation processes leveraging Lean/Agile principles and ensure governance aligns
- Provide training and support to the business on lean portfolio framework, tools, and methodologies and enable value stream reporting leveraging visual management techniques

**Skills**:

- Tertiary qualification in a related field highly regarded
- Proven experience working as a PMO Manager (or related role) within a large complex organisation
- Project management qualifications, accreditation with recognised industry provider, or equivalent industry experience (e.g., Safe, Agile, PmBOK, Prince 2) is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills is essential
- Working knowledge of project management tools including MS Project, JIRA, or similar
- Experience gained within financial services industry (medium to large enterprise)
- Strong team player able to navigate complexity
- Proactive and flexible approach
