Wilmar/Goodman Fielder is currently undergoing a business transformation, with several programs with significant IT delivery components. The IT PMO Manager will be responsible for supporting the project delivery team focused on the successful delivery of significant IT projects in accordance with IT PMO processes and governance to scope, quality, budgetary and time targets.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an IT PMO Manager to join the Sydney head office team. Based on site in Macquarie Park, NSW and reporting to the Head of IT Demand and Planning (project delivery team), this role will lead the PMO team, providing day to day management of the PMO service for the IT function across the ANZ region.
**The role will be responsible for the below**:

- Continuous improvement and enhancement of program governance methodology
- Manage and support the use of the ANZ IT regional PPM tool
- Facilitation of governance meetings
- Consolidated IT reporting of program, financial and management information
- Monitoring of and monthly processing tasks related to financial management
- Supporting a team of project professionals in the delivery of projects
- Development of guides, templates and training material to support the governance processes
- Guide, develop and mentor the PMO team
- Engagement, support and guidance for the IT leadership team regarding resource availability

**What you need**:

- Minimum of 7 years proven ability as an IT PMO Manager managing a small PMO team
- Sound analytical and critical thinking skills
- A proactive, ‘can do' attitude, resilient in the face of ambiguity and able to adjust to shifting priorities and rapid change.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation communication stakeholder skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Passion to collaborate with teams to achieve the best outcomes
- Experience with FMCG solutions would be advantageous
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous
