**About the Role**:
This Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join their enterprise PMO Team. The role will provide support on all aspects of project management by supporting major initiatives that are aligned to the organisation's corporate strategy. This role reports into the Head of Project Delivery, and will support up to 15 Project Managers.

You will play a key project governance role in supporting an exciting range of programs/ projects such as Super Member Outcomes, Modernising Prudential Architecture, Financial Accountability Regime, Data and Digital Initiatives, Cyber Resilience, and many others.***

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage this organisation's project framework and methodologies.
- Manage, lead and coach PMO staff.
- Monitor and report on compliance with established project methodology to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Work closely with Strategy, Finance and Business teams in maturing APRA's portfolio management capability and reporting.
- Project management of small projects where required

**Key Skills**:

- 8+ years experience working in a PMO or Project Delivery Team, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Project delivery background with at least 3 years experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role.
- experience working within complex environments in financial services.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- experience working in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments. Project Management certification (PMBOK/Prince2).
