**PMO Analyst - Financial / Reporting**

IT PMO analyst required to to join an end user organisation working across a large program of work (200+ projects). You will be working on a broad range of projects helping to provide support to PMO activities across reporting and project coordination. This is a 12 month contract for a company in the Sutherland Shire.

**The responsibilities in this role are**:

- Proficient in the role of Administrator with experience using project management tools for Financials & Reporting.
- Ability to administer multiple portfolios with focus on reporting and financial management (including supporting portfolios to create new projects, support workflow for new investments etc)
- PMO coordination activities including organising meetings, preparing agenda’s, minutes and pre-reads.
- Highly aware of accuracy in the reporting of budgets, forecasts, actuals and overall PMO reporting requirements.
- Experience in Power BI preferrable to support data extraction, snap shots of data and how these are key to providing reporting and dashboards for organisational decision making on behalf of a PMO.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Previous experience in project coordinating in a PMO or large-scale programs
- Experience with SAP PPM (Beneficial) or other project management tools.
- Experience reporting with Power BI
- Ability to manage and track budgets as required.
- Extensive experience in coordinating tasks within the PMO.
