**About the role**

Endeavour Group is Australia’s largest retail drinks network under the Dan Murphy’s and BWS brands. We also run the country's largest portfolio of licensed hotels.

Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

The** Program Coordinator** will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for organising and coordinating project management forums, meeting cadences, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking project progress, and providing some administrative support

**What you’ll be doing**

This position is extremely important to the success of the team and therefore you will combine your strong executive assistant skills along with;
- Communicating the project progress and status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborating with project team members to ensure project goals are met
- Organising project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, and status reports
- Coordinating project activities and ensure they are aligned with overall project objectives
- Supporting stream leaders and PM’s with PMO and related deliverables.

**Your skills and experience**

With your ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations, you are highly energetic with a positive and engaging attitude. In addition you’ll have;
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications (desirable)
- Retail and/or FMCG experience (desirable)
- Experience in project management (desirable but not required)
