**The Role**

The Finance Analyst, Group Optimisation will partner with the Group Optimisation team and support the Finance Business Partner in financial management, reporting, planning and analysis of Optimisation initiatives. In addition, this role will provide analytical support for our Endeavour GO program of work as we drive sustainable end to end value across the business.

**What You'll Do**
- Partner with the Endeavour GO team on budgeting and forecasting, and support the analysis and review of initiatives from conception to implementation
- Support business case preparation for initiatives
- Leverage technology to enhance existing reporting to deliver insightful and reliable data to key stakeholders (incl. Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Tableau)
- Respond to requests for information / insights from business partners, managing competing priorities and using initiative to swiftly resolve all request
- Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify and enhance core finance processes and reporting, including month end, budgeting and forecasting

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding, including connecting business drivers to financial outcomes

- Ability to translate customer data and insights into meaningful and relevant action

**About You**
- CA / CPA qualified
- 5+ years experience including month end close, management reporting and business partnering
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Commercial thinker, able to critically evaluate and solve problems
- Self-starter who continuously improves processes and outcomes
- Strong organisational and effective time management skills
- Strong SAP experience
