As Workplace Manager, manage the office facilities for the Queensland region while leading a strong team of 5 from the Fortitude Valley office. This role will require you to utilise your strong organisational and customer-centric mindset and ability to manage remotely.

This role would be perfect for a Facilities Manager or an Office Manager with supervisory experience looking for a step-up. If you are a people-person with a proactive attitude, then this role is for you.

**What you’ll do**:

- Comply with all role specific Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) obligations.
- As part of the national Workplace Leadership Team, support the development and implementation of a strategic plan for the delivery of business focused Workplace services.
- Continuously review all Workplace processes and procedures to ensure they remain effective and cater for our changing and growing business.
- Ensure efficiencies are achieved, and processes are streamlined to achieve client-focused outcomes, tailored to meet our national Workplace business needs.
- Manage and support the effective functioning of the QLD Workplace team and when required, provide support and guidance to the wider national Workplace Team.
- Ensure that all requests placed through Workplace Service Desk are acknowledged and actioned in a timely manner by your team.
- Build and maintain good relationships with our offices’ building managers.
- Support the General Manager, Workplace, Australia in the setting of budgets and effective management of costs.
- In conjunction with the members of your QLD Workplace team, who will have specific responsibility and accountability for many of the following activities, this role has final responsibility for the timely and meticulous management and delivery of front of house services, repairs & maintenance, motor vehicles, security, SHE, relevant suppliers, costs and budgets.
