**What this opportunity involves**:
The Workplace Services Manager will manage the day-to-day scheduled activities for the assigned property/facility. The role will assume overall responsibility for the management of the client tenancy services (both hard and soft) together with the management of tenant services requests and minor projects.

A snapshot of the role:

- Engage stakeholders and manage relationships.
- Ensure vendors deliver on time and within budget, adhering to guidelines.
- Manage contracts for best value and ensure timely renewals.
- Meet financial targets and maintain compliance.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Implement improvements and provide 24/7 support.
- Maintain risk management and business continuity plans.
- 3-4 years in Workplace Services, with tenancy/project coordination experience.
- Commercial property experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety, and vendor management.
- Understanding of property technical aspects.
- Strong budget and financial analysis skills.
- Proactive customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Conflict management and negotiation skills.
