**About the role**

As the Business Manager - Workplaces, you’ll be at the heart of our Workplaces business area, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong first-line risk and governance management. You’ll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor—connecting employees, senior leaders, executives, and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.

You’ll also lead the annual business planning process and oversee the implementation of key initiatives and projects that support our mission and member outcomes.
